About the Senior Pastor

Pastor Merilien Toutoute is the Senior and Founding Pastor of All Nations In Christ Church, located in the Capital Region of New York. His life and ministry embody a profound commitment to the advancement of the Gospel and the spiritual formation of Christian communities both in Haiti and the United States.

Pastor Merilien accepted Christ at the early age of nine, marking the beginning of a lifelong journey of faith and dedication. From his youth, he experienced a divine calling: God entrusted him with the vision of establishing Christian churches and educational institutions. In fulfillment of this calling, Pastor Merilien founded both a church and a school in Haiti, demonstrating his commitment to holistic ministry that integrates faith, education, and community development.

Born in Bouvier, Carrefour, West Haiti, Pastor Merilien pursued his education with equal zeal. After completing high school, he relocated to the United States to continue his academic formation in theology. He studied at Fishers of Men / Revelation Message Bible College in Jacksonville, Florida, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in theology in 2006. His academic and spiritual preparation provided him with a solid foundation for the pastoral and teaching ministries that would follow.

In 2007, Pastor Merilien permanently immigrated to the United States, where he not only expanded his ministerial work but also pursued further studies. He obtained an Associate Degree in Medical Science from Brown Mackie College, Florida, equipping him with additional professional skills and broadening his scope of service to the community. Beyond the pulpit, Pastor Merilien remains deeply grounded in everyday life. This reflects his humility and dedication to both community and family life.

Outside of his pastoral and professional responsibilities, Pastor Merilien is a man of diverse interests. He finds joy in memorizing Scripture, spending time in nature, and traveling, with a particular fascination for the cultural and historical richness of Europe. His personal rhythms of life are also marked by simple pleasures, such as enjoying a cup of rich, dark roast coffee—reminders of the balance he seeks between ministry, service, and personal well-being.

Through his leadership, vision, and steadfast faith, Pastor Merilien Toutoute continues to inspire and guide the congregation of All Nations In Christ Church, shaping lives and building a spiritual legacy that extends across generations and nations.
